Commissioned by Innovate UK in 2023, the ‘Bright Futures’ pilot unites Ultra Education CIC’s expertise in entrepreneurship and financial literacy with Diverse Leaders Network’s proven Awareness, Ability, and Access framework. Together, we have forged a scalable, UK-wide initiative that integrates young people into the innovation ecosystem. By combining early careers engagement with real-world investment exposure, this powerful partnership transforms the trajectories of disadvantaged youth and has the ability to tackle the rise in youth unemployment.
Ultra and DLN introduced a unique immersive work experience opportunity that left an indelible mark on all those who attended. By empowering young people with knowledge, critical thinking, and access, we create opportunities that pave a path for a generation poised for success. Innovate UK is helping to build the pipeline of talent and skills for the future.
