Ability: Industry Masterclasses
Diverse leaders deliver live, skills-based masterclasses that build leadership abilities and industry-specific knowledge, bringing the world of work directly into the classroom.
Access: Mentoring
One-to-one mentoring between students and professionals builds lasting relationships, personalised career guidance and a pathway to work experience and Student Ambassador opportunities.

What Our Partners Say

Landsec has been a multi-year partner of DLN's Access Futures programme, embedding their employees as mentors and opening their workplaces to young people from marginalised backgrounds. Their commitment to social mobility and inclusive talent development has helped transform the trajectories of hundreds of young people across the UK.
It has been an incredibly positive and unique way for our staff to develop their leadership skills, enhance their inclusive behaviours and gain different perspectives by working with and learning from young people from diverse backgrounds. Many mentors commented that they felt as if they were being mentored, not the other way around. The impact on everyone involved has been profound.
